Job summary

APP Group invites experienced sales professionals to join our team in Bali, overseeing the Horeca/Afh (Away From Home) channel and driving coverage across Denpasar and surrounding areas.

You will coordinate daily activities of sales representatives, pursue aggressive targets, and collaborate with distributors to deliver growth. The ideal candidate has a minimum bachelor's degree, 3+ years in FMCG sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven leadership drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a reputable university.
• 3+ years experience in Sales FMCG, SPV level.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates and manage a field sales team.

Job Requirements:
