Job summary

PT LINTAS MARITIM INDONESIA is seeking an Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor to drive growth across multiple market channels within Indonesia. You will lead sales operations, supervise teams, and execute promotional strategies aligned with Head Office guidance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales or related roles, with a proven record of meeting targets and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Jakarta / Bandung / Surabaya placements available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in Sales, Area Sales, Trade Marketing, or related roles (FMCG/retail/consumer goods preferred).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales revenue and business performance across all market channels within the assigned area.
• Supervise, manage, and develop sales teams across different market channels to achieve business and sales targets.
• Execute and ensure effective implementation of Sales & Promotion strategies in alignment with Head Office direction.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and promotional effectiveness to identify business growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Ensure sales programs, promotional campaigns, and business initiatives are executed effectively and consistently.
• Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights, and actionable recommendations to management.
• Drive team productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement to maximize area performance.
