Job summary

PT. ANDARE PRIMA INTERASA is seeking a Retail & Merchandise Supervisor for the new F&B & Retail concept in Jakarta. You will monitor performance across outlets, drive sales, enforce SOPs, and lead Outlet Captains to meet targets with strong service standards.

You will coach teams, conduct regular outlet visits, and coordinate with departments to ensure operational efficiency and consistent customer experience across all locations.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Management/Business/Hospitality or related field.
• 2–3 years as Area Supervisor, Outlet Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or similar.
• Experience managing multiple outlets in one area.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Sales target oriented and business achievement driven.
• Able to analyze sales performance and SOPs; implement corrective actions.
• Coaching, mentoring, and team development abilities.
• Understanding of SOPs and operational standards across outlets.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About you

Minimum education: S1 preferably in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Area Supervisor, Outlet Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or leadership position in Retail, F&B, or FMCG

Experience managing and monitoring multiple outlets in one area

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Sales target and business achievement oriented

Able to analyze sales performance and operational performance and determine corrective actions

Coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities

Understanding of and ability to ensure implementation of SOPs and operational standards across all outlets

Strong problem solving, decision making, and communication skills

Willing to conduct business trips and regular outlet visits within the area of responsibility

Able to work independently and collaborate with various divisions
