NPURE - PT. Penta Natural Kosmetindo in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead the GT distribution network and drive sales performance across assigned territories.

You will develop regional sales strategies, guide and evaluate the sales team, and ensure strong relationships with distributors and retailers. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, plus willingness to travel for market visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or related industries.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of General Trade (GT), distribution, and area sales management.
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits within the assigned area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with sales reporting tools.
• Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets is a plus.

• Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and local market trends to support sales growth.
• Ensure effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and trade marketing programs in the area.
• Analyze sales reports and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Trade Marketing, Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Ensure sales activities are conducted according to company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular market visits within the assigned area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with sales reporting tools.
• Having experience managing distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets will be an advantage.
