Job summary

Arya Noble seeks a Sales Supervisor to grow partner networks in Bandung, Indonesia. You will analyze markets, identify potential partners, and develop growth strategies to drive revenue.

You will coordinate promotions, monitor product performance, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and institutions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Skincare Industry/FMCG knowledge is a plus.
• Strong skills in market analysis, product knowledge, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop the number of partners by analyzing potential growth areas and assessing market conditions to drive revenue increases.
• Implement sales strategies and analyze progress of product sales and programs to maximize sales.
• Analyze and address the needs of channels/partners, tailoring to each channel/partner to support sales efforts.
• Serve as the main contact for partners, addressing complaints and needs to maintain relationships.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and PIC institutions, with weekly coordination on sales achievements, stock, and promotions.
• Evaluate strategies and monitor implementation to ensure compliance with standards and operational excellence.
• Ensure product availability at partners’ locations and timely deliveries to maintain positive relationships.
• Manage the sales budget for the responsible area to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Implement sales strategies (promotions, programs, etc.) and analyze the progress of product sales and programs in the assigned area to maximize sales.
• Analyze and provide the needs of channels/partners in selling products, tailoring to the characteristics and preferences of each channel/partner to support their sales efforts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any complaints or additional needs according to company standards to maintain good relationships with partners.
• Maintain good relationships with various internal and external parties (distributors, partners, PIC institutions, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations, including weekly coordination with distributors on sales achievements, stock management, and promotion implementation.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations on the implementation of strategies and monitor the implementation process to ensure compliance with applicable standards, aiming for operational excellence.
• Ensure the availability of products at partners' locations according to their requests and needs, and ensure timely deliveries to maintain positive relationships with partners.
• Ensure the company's budget related to all sales activities in the responsible area is used effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
