Job summary

PT Chateraise Gobel Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee 10-15 outlets in the Jakarta area, leading day-to-day activities within budgeted guidelines and aiming for the highest standards. You will drive store performance, recruit and train staff, ensure excellent service, read financial reports, and deliver plans and reports on sales and productivity to the Operations Manager.
