Job summary

Cakap is seeking aSales Manager to lead and grow store sales across Jabodetabek. You will monitor performance, analyze markets, and drive plans to meet targets in a multi-store environment.

The role requires a strong sales track record, English communication, and the ability to coach store heads. You will work on-site in Jakarta, supporting region-wide sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree, from any major.
• Having minimal 3 years working experience in the same field.
• Strong & proven track record in sales.
• Good communication in English.
• Able to work under pressure and has good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work in any area in Jabodetabek.
