Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking an Area Manager (Golden Lamian) to oversee F&B outlets across the region, lead operations, coach teams, and ensure consistent service quality. You will analyze performance data and drive improvements.

Travel will be required, and you must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and optimize P&L and inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in chain restaurants is highly valued.
• Proven multi-unit management experience.
• Proficiency in P&L analysis.
• Excellent inventory control skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
