Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of Area Manager or Multi-Store Manager experience in Retail/F&B.
• Proficient in Excel and P&L management; data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing mall and event operations.
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify expansion opportunities and evaluate new store locations.
• Support achievement of sales targets for the area and offline stores.
• Analyze sales data and design data-driven strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage and monitor Profit & Loss for the area.
• Oversee maintenance and asset management for the area.
• Develop and manage human resources to ensure productivity and retention.
