Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales performance across multiple stores in Jabodetabek. You will monitor targets, forecast plans, and coach Store Heads to improve store outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in sales, with strong English and interpersonal skills to thrive under pressure.
