Job summary

goldenagri is seeking a seasoned distributor sales professional to drive market development and expand distribution in targeted areas. You will develop market potential, recruit new distributors, and maintain price stability while evaluating monthly performance with partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FMCG sales distribution, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and can travel to assigned regions to build lasting distributor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales or distribution, preferably in FMCG or related industry.
• Strong knowledge in sales distribution and market development.
• Good analytical and forecasting skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with distributors.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to assigned areas.
