Job summary

PZ Cussons Indonesia is seeking an Area Sales Leader to drive growth in Jakarta and surrounding areas. You will manage distributors and strengthen key customer relationships to maximize opportunities.

You will coach area sales managers and field teams, ensuring execution of priorities such as assortment, distribution, visibility, promotions, and in-store activation. English communication and strong negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in a sales role.
• English communication skills are essential.
• Strong administration and negotiation abilities.
• Experience handling distribution channels is preferred.

Deliver Sales Targets

Achieve volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets within the assigned area.

Manage Distributor and Customer Performance

Ensure effective distributor operations and strengthen relationships with key customers to maximize business opportunities.

Lead and Develop the Sales Team

Coach, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers and field sales teams to improve capability, productivity, and engagement.

Drive Execution Excellence

Ensure consistent execution of company priorities, including assortment, distribution, visibility, promotions, and in-store activation.

Monitor Business Performance and Identify Opportunities

Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to develop action plans that accelerate business growth.

Requirement :

• Experience to handling distribution channel
• Educational Background Bachelor Degree from Any Discipline
• At least 5-7 years experience in Sales position
• Computer literate (Basic Application)
• Able to Communicate in English.
• Good administration skill
• Having good negotiation and Interpersonal skill
