Qualifications

• Experience in Priority Banking and Wealth products.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Proven ability to acquire new-to-bank clients and deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional P&L, funding growth, and wealth management objectives.
• Drive acquisition strategies for NTB, HNW, and commercial banking clients.
• Coach and mentor Branch Managers and Relationship Managers across multiple cities.
