Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting for a Branch Manager (Priority Banking) in Semarang on behalf of a multinational bank. The role requires leading Priority Banking, wealth management, and funding growth, while developing relationships with RMs, SRMs, and high-net-worth clients.

The candidate will drive P&L, oversee risk and governance, and lead a team to deliver sustainable business expansion in Semarang and Central Java markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 6-7 years banking experience with progressive responsibility.
• 2-3 years leadership experience in branch/team leadership or similar role.
• Proven success in Priority Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional P&L performance and funding growth.
• Drive NTB Priority Banking and HNWI client acquisition.
• Expand wallet share through cross-selling and relationship management.
• Provide leadership across wealth, investment products, and advisory services.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory standards.
