Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, on behalf of a partner in the Professional Services sector, is seeking an Area Manager for Botabek to lead Priority Banking, Wealth Management, and Retail/Commercial Banking growth in Jabotabek, Indonesia. You will drive business performance, build high-performing teams, deepen client relationships, and ensure AML/KYC compliance while guiding funding expansion. This leadership role demands senior regional banking experience and a proven NTB acquisition track record.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
8–10+ years of banking experience with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
Proven track record in Priority/Private Banking and Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

Lead the region's P&L, balance sheet growth, fee-based income, and overall financial metrics.
Drive NTB client acquisition and high-net-worth relationships across the region.
Coach Branch Managers and Senior RMs in consultative selling and wealth advisory.
Ensure AML/KYC and regulatory compliance across wealth and branch activities.
Build trust within the organization and lead client engagements with key stakeholders.
