Job summary

PT. Samudra Sakti Utama (Sunset Eyewear) is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations across Bali's five stores, ensuring efficiency and SOP adherence. You will lead branch visits, drive customer experience, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Management and at least 4 years in retail, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication in English and Bahasa, and ERP proficiency are essential.

• Manage daily store operations across all Bali branches, ensuring efficiency and SOP compliance.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Develop initiatives to improve store performance and customer experience.
• Oversee inventory management and stock verification.
• Track, analyze, and report store performance data for decision-making.

Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance and maintain operational consistency.

Address escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and productivity.

Develop and execute initiatives to improve store performance, customer experience, and service quality.

People Management

Monitor, evaluate, and develop store team performance through coaching and guidance.

Inventory Control

Oversee inventory management and stock verification, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels.

Data & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report store performance and operational data to support decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Strong communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with ERP systems.

Willing to be placed in Bali.
