Job summary

PT Timur Raya Lestari is seeking an Online Sales professional to sell eyeglass frames, lenses, and other optical products through WhatsApp and online platforms. You will respond to product inquiries, offer recommendations, and drive orders.

Requirements include a minimum D3 degree, experience in sales or customer service, and familiarity with optics. Portfolio must be included with application; optics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is a D3 degree in any field.
• Experience in online or offline sales or customer service.
• Experience in optics, frames, eyeglass lenses or eyewear products is an added value.
• Good communication skills, friendly, responsive and persuasive.
• Portfolio must be included with application.
• Experienced using WhatsApp, social media and sales applications.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, Canva, Capcut and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Offer and sell eyeglass frames, lenses and other optical products through WhatsApp, social media and other online platforms
• Answer customer questions related to products, prices, specifications, promotions and product availability quickly and informatively
• Provide product recommendations according to customer needs and budget
• Follow up with customers to increase closing opportunities and repeat orders
• Process customer orders from order recording, payment confirmation to shipping coordination
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
• Create monthly sales reports to the Frame Manager

Sell optical products including eyeglass frames, lenses and other optical products through WhatsApp, social media and other online platforms. Provide product recommendations according to customer needs and budget. Follow up with customers to increase closing opportunities and repeat orders. Create monthly sales reports to the Frame Manager.

About you

Minimum D3 education in any field

Experience as Online Sales, Offline Sales, Customer Service or related sales positions

Experience in optics, frames, eyeglass lenses or eyewear products is an added value

Good communication skills, friendly, responsive and persuasive

Experienced using WhatsApp, social media and sales applications

Able to operate Microsoft Office, Canva, Capcut and Photoshop

Must have relevant portfolio included in application
