Job summary

Matahari is seeking a Shop Supervisor for its specialty stores in Jakarta and Bekasi. You will lead the store team to hit sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service, while overseeing daily operations, promotions, merchandising, stock, and replenishment.

You will coach staff to build high-performing teams, monitor performance, and implement profit-protecting strategies. English and computer literacy are required, with shift work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, GPA ≥ 2.75.
• Diploma degrees with experience are welcome.
• Experience in retail fashion would be an advantage.
• Possess great conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential.
• Have a good selling skill and multitasking ability.
• Good in English and computer literate.
• Able to distinguish colors, and willing to work in shift.
