Job summary

Pixel Barbershop is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple branches in West Java. You will drive service excellence, monitor performance, and coach leaders and capsters to meet targets. The role requires travel to branches and collaboration with HR to ensure staffing needs are met.

You will lead by example, optimize operations, and report on area performance while maintaining high hospitality standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Hospitality or Management.
• 2–4 years experience as Supervisor or Area Manager in F&B, retail, or barbershop.
• Ability to travel to multiple branches.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with setting and tracking KPIs.

About you

Accustomed to working with targets and KPIs

Willing to be mobile and conduct branch visits
