Job summary

PT Hero Retail Nusantara is seeking a seasoned Area Manager to oversee several supermarket stores in the Bekasi region. You will drive sales, profit, inventory control, and operational KPIs while upholding SOPs, merchandising standards, customer service, and store presentation.

You will coach Store Managers, analyze performance, and develop action plans to boost sales and efficiency. Travel between stores within the area is expected to ensure consistent execution and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in supermarket/retail with leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple stores and large operational teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket/retail, with at least 2 years in Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or equivalent leadership role.

Strong experience in managing multiple stores and large operational teams.

Strong leadership, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of retail KPIs, including sales, margin, inventory, shrinkage, manpower, and operating costs.

Willing to travel between stores within the assigned area.
