Job summary

PT Idy Makmur Sejahtera seeks an Area Manager to harmonize operations across 4+ outlets in Jawa Timur. You will analyze Profit & Loss, optimize expenditures, and ensure financial health while maintaining high service standards.

You will lead a diverse team of 70 staff, coach leaders, implement strategic plans, and translate marketing into practical actions to boost visits and orders, while preserving integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Area Manager serves as a strategic navigator responsible for ensuring business sustainability through orchestration of financial data, operational efficiency, and service quality standardization across functions. The role integrates operations between Head Office (Admin, Finance, Marketing) and regional operational units (Minisoccer, Padel, and Coffee Shop) to achieve operational conditions free from systemic failures.

Key responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to ensure organizational financial health

Evaluate operational expenditures principles to ensure funds are allocated only to positions that provide strategic growth impact

Monitor cash-to-cash cycle to optimize liquidity across business units

Act as a second-layer auditor validating accuracy of data reconciliation between transaction systems and physical field conditions

Ensure consistency in service delivery standards (5-Star Experience) and cleanliness across the region through regular inspections

Ensure administrative discipline regarding inspection reports for asset damage or stock discrepancies

Translate macro marketing plans into operational tactical steps to increase visit traffic and order conversion

Provide coaching and effective feedback to unit leaders (SPV/Leader) to build operational independence

Instill the "Premium Pioneer" vision to all staff to build a work culture oriented toward employee ownership

About you

Minimum experience as Area Manager managing at least 4 outlets simultaneously

Proven track record leading and coordinating teams with minimum 70 personnel

Proficient in processing and interpreting operational and financial data (P&L) to support data-driven decision making

Demonstrates absolute integrity and firmness in upholding organizational rules without compromise

Capable of mapping business obstacles and opportunities and developing systematic improvement initiatives
