Job summary

Fore Coffee is seeking an Area Manager specialized in Food & Beverage Services to oversee operations in Indonesia’s Jawa region. You will ensure locations comply with company standards, manage 10+ stores, and drive sales targets through effective team leadership.

You will train new Baristas, organize shift schedules, analyze inventory and sales reports, conduct store visits, and ensure equipment functions properly, empowering the store team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience across 10+ stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 200+, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong business, organizational, interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements :

• Preferably Area Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail experience managing 10++ stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 200 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrate Strong business, organizational, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
