Job summary

PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk in Bali is seeking an experienced Area Manager to drive performance across multiple restaurant outlets. You will oversee sales, profitability, and operational targets while ensuring service quality and strict SOP compliance.

You will lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and operational teams, analyze performance data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives across the Bali region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management or Business preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in F&B, with at least 2 years as Area Manager or Operations Manager.
• Experience managing multiple outlets and achieving business targets.
• Strong understanding of P&L, food cost, labor cost and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
