Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in the F&B sector. You will ensure policy compliance, drive sales targets, and lead a large store team with focus on training and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes report analysis, inventory oversight, and routine store visits to maintain equipment and standards across venues.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail experience managing 10+ stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 200+ with coaching and training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to drive results.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-moving, dynamic industry.

Requirements :

• Preferably Area Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail experience managing 10++ stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 200 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrate Strong business, organizational, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and open to change in a fast-moving and dynamic industry.
