Job summary

Fore Coffee in Bandung is seeking an Area Manager to present and consolidate operational data across Sales, Inventory, SR NSO, and Variance for management reporting. You will coordinate with stores and management to support day-to-day operations.

You will understand and manage P&L and inventory, operate POS systems, and lead and coach teams with strong negotiation and communication skills. Be prepared to travel between stores as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager or District Supervisor.
• Preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of P&L, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel frequently between stores.

Qualifications

Experience in retail bakery, donut, or coffee shop is preferred.

Strong understanding of P&L, inventory management, and POS systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Willing to travel frequently between stores.
