Job summary

Jiva Illumina Bali is seeking a Sales Specifier to cultivate and manage professional project opportunities for Moorgen Smart System in Bali. The role targets architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners with a strong emphasis on design, luxury products, and smart home technology.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication and relationship-building, travel within Bali, and reading basic architectural drawings to recommend appropriate Moorgen

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, specification, business development, or project-based sales.
• Experience in architecture, interior design, lighting, electrical, smart home, building materials, hospitality, or luxury products is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate professionally with architects, designers, contractors, and project owners.
• Strong interest in design, technology, architecture, and luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Identify new project opportunities and build a qualified project pipeline.
• Introduce and present Moorgen Smart System solutions to professional clients.
• Conduct product presentations, product demonstrations, and project consultations.
• Work with architects and designers to specify Moorgen products into project designs and specifications.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, product selections, and commercial proposals together with the internal team.
• Follow up project progress from design development, specification, tender, procurement, installation, until completion.
• Coordinate with the technical/design team regarding product selection, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Attend project meetings, site visits, presentations, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, projects, quotations, and sales activities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and develop long-term professional accounts.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, new developments, and potential projects in Bali.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and generate repeat business.
