Job summary

ROCA Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Executive to grow our presence in architecture, interior design, and hospitality sectors in Indonesia. You will build relationships with architects, designers, developers, and operators, targeting boutique residential projects, luxury resorts, premium hotels, and high-end developments.

You will engage early in project development, influence specifications, and deliver presentations and trainings to drive product selection.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of project sales, specification sales or business development.
Existing network within architecture, interior design, hospitality or luxury property is preferred.
Experience with premium building material brands is a strong advantage.
Proficient in project specification and construction processes.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and hospitality stakeholders.
Identify and develop new project opportunities in luxury residential, hospitality and commercial sectors.
Promote and specify company products in architectural and interior design projects.
Engage with design firms during early project stages to influence product selection.
Conduct presentations, product trainings and design consultations.
Monitor project pipelines from specification to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and design community activities.
Maintain accurate project data and CRM records.
Achieve agreed sales and project acquisition targets.
