Job summary

PT Alderon Pratama Indonesia in Jakarta seeks a proactive Specifier/Project Sales professional to grow our building materials market. You will build strong ties with architects, developers, consultants, and contractors while gathering project data to align priorities with our offerings.

You will deliver technical demos, prepare reports, and support the sales team across active projects, travel as needed, and ensure precise product specifications for optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Specifier/Architect/Project Sales experience, preferably in building materials (roofing, flooring, ACP, polycarbonate).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience noted in the draft.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners.
• Gather information on ongoing projects and understand customer priorities.
• Provide proactive customer service and ensure products are specified clearly and concisely.
• Prepare visitation database reports, monitor project developments, and update the sales project team.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations.
• Support the sales team for current and ongoing projects and manage related administrative work.
