Henkel invites ambitious engineers to join an 18-month Management Trainee program designed to fast-track future leaders in operations and supply chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a strong academic record.
• Up to 2 years’ work experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Experience with PLC/automation systems is highly preferred.
• Eager to learn; interest in new technologies, digitisation and data analysis.
• Excellent English communication; ability to interact with all management levels.
• Strong local language communication; good written skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to geographic mobility and pursue leadership opportunities.

About This Position

Join Henkel's Digital Transformation and Sustainability journey as an AO Chainger management trainee. This 18-month fast-track program rotates you through three 6-month phases across operations and supply chain at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, including hands-on responsibilities and projects in production plants. You'll gain exposure to digital business, procurement, sales and other cross-functional areas while working closely with colleagues across the region.

The program offers tailored training, a personal development plan, mentor support, visibility with senior leaders, and networking with global trainees. You will receive a permanent contract, competitive salary and - subject to performance - a guaranteed placement in a responsible operations or supply chain role at a regional location on program completion, positioning you for accelerated leadership opportunities.

Your Role:

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with successful academic record
• Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally within a multinational environment
• Has experience using PLC/ automation system is highly preferred
• Eager to learn, with interest in new technologies, digitisation and data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development
