Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Maximum 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong academic track record
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Global Engineering & Technology Traineeship across manufacturing, engineering and technology functions
• Contribute to engineering excellence, operational reliability, automation, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Rotate through areas including Maintenance, Project Engineering, Operational Technology, Reliability, Utilities, and Manufacturing Excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors to take ownership of projects
• Participate in a structured learning journey with international exposure and coaching
