Job summary

APP Group is seeking fresh graduates for its Management Trainee Program in Jakarta. You will undergo intensive in-class and on-the-job training, mentored by experienced leaders, with exposure to the Commercial team and clear paths toward leadership.

The program targets graduates in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Management or Chemical Engineering, with strong academic records and bilingual capabilities in English or Mandarin. Willingness to be placed anywhere across Indonesia is required.

• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the specified fields.
• Min GPA 3.50 out of 4.00 scale.
• Max. 2 years of working experience.
• Proficient in English and/or Mandarin (written & verbal).
