Job summary

Henkel invites ambitious engineers to join an 18-month Management Trainee program designed to fast-track future leaders in operations and supply chain. You will rotate through three 6-month phases across production plants and related functions, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to digital business, procurement, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a strong academic record.
• Up to 2 years’ work experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Experience with PLC/automation systems is highly preferred.
• Eager to learn; interest in new technologies, digitisation and data analysis.
• Excellent English communication; ability to interact with all management levels.
• Strong local language communication; good written skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to geographic mobility and pursue leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Henkel's digital transformation and support our sustainability agenda across the APAC region.
• Enrol in an 18-month fast-track management trainee program.
• Complete three 6-month rotations with hands-on responsibilities in production plants.
• Rotate through digital business, procurement and sales to build cross-functional understanding.
• Work on cross-functional initiatives and real business improvements.
• Receive tailored development plan, mentor support and high visibility with senior leaders.
• Join on permanent contract with a competitive salary; placement in a regional role after completion.
