Henkel invites applications for an AO Management Trainee in an 18‑month fast‑track program. You will rotate through operations and supply chain with emphasis on digital transformation and sustainability, gaining hands-on experience in production plants and cross‑functional areas across APAC.

The program provides structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders, with cheerful career progression into responsible roles post-completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with strong academics
• Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally multinational
• Experience using PLC/automation systems is highly preferred
• Eagerness to learn, interest in new technologies, digitisation and data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language with management levels
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness for geographic mobility and future leadership

Responsibilities

• Participate in the digital transformation and sustainability agenda across APAC
• Enrol in an 18‑month fast‑track management trainee program
• Complete three 6‑month rotations with hands‑on roles in production plants
• Rotate through digital business, procurement, and sales to build cross‑functional understanding
• Work on cross‑functional initiatives and real business improvements
• Receive training, a tailored development plan, and mentor support
