Job summary

Knauf Indonesia invites graduates to join the APAC Management Trainee Program, LEAP, a 24-month journey designed to accelerate leadership and business impact. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentoring from senior leaders and exposure to multiple functions, with potential overseas assignments and a base in Jakarta.

The program targets commercial graduates from business, marketing, economics, finance and accounts, architecture and civil engineering, offering real responsibility and meaningful
