Jatis Mobile is seeking an IT Presales professional in Indonesia to drive technical engagements across messaging, AI, CRM, and cloud solutions. You will craft compelling proposals, assess client needs, and collaborate with vendors to shape successful deployments.

The role requires strong presentation, analysis, and project-management skills, with opportunities from junior to head levels, and a focus on converting opportunities into tangible outcomes for diverse industries.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in IT presales: messaging, AI, CRM, omnichannel, or cloud.
• Open for Junior to Head roles.
• Experience in IT projects tendering and API integrations.
• Proficient in IT project budgeting and price calculations.
• Excellent presentation, documentation and verbal communication.
• Strong business, system analysis and project management skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Postman, diagram flow & matrix tools, mock-up design tools.

Aufgaben

• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of IT solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide expert consultation.
• Develop persuasive proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
• Calculate COGS and project timelines for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to plan and execute POCs.
• Ensure a smooth handover to project managers for implementation.
• Contribute to development of new/use-case improvements to match market demands.
• Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors to enhance offerings.
• Provide daily and monthly workload reports to the reporting manager.
