Job summary

Teleakses Solusindo is seeking an AI Business Solution Engineer to partner with our Sales team in identifying client challenges and translating them into AI-powered solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area and requires a blend of technical, analytical, and business understanding along with strong communication.

The position focuses on analyzing business problems, designing practical AI workflows, and supporting pre-sales with compelling concepts and POCs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS/IT, EE, or related discipline.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business issues into AI solutions.
Good understanding of software applications, APIs, system integration, databases, and business processes.

Responsibilities

Accompany Sales in client meetings to uncover business pain points and opportunities.
Analyze client workflows to identify inefficiencies for AI automation.
Define practical AI solutions using Chatbots, Voicebots, LLMs, and automation.
Quantify benefits like cost reduction, productivity gains, and ROI.
Recommend technologies and approaches based on needs and feasibility.
Support pre-sales with concepts, proposals, demos, and POCs.
Collaborate with internal engineering on feasibility and scope.
Clearly communicate concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
