Job summary

Meta is seeking an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist to drive end-to-end sales in Indonesia, focusing on Business Messaging and AI capabilities. You will engage executives, design technical solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to close deals with mid-size and large clients.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations and Engineering to scale client-facing activities, build strategic plans, and unlock new opportunities across Meta’s Business Messaging platform.

Qualifications

10+ years enterprise sales experience.
Proven track record with end-to-end sales cycles.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical/problem-solving with large-scale systems.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Prospect, identify and design technical solutions with clients to advance AI Agentic future.
Bring in advanced engineering resources to accelerate use cases.
Leverage platform partners to build additional solutions.
Bridge business and technical conversations to unlock stakeholder budgets.
Develop and present value propositions and business cases with commercial structure.
Drive growth through strategic client plans and pipeline targets.
Build client relationships with high-level decision makers across stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to scale client-facing activities.
Contribute to global playbooks on product implementation and success.
