Job summary

Tencent Cloud Indonesia is seeking a seasoned pre-sales solution expert to lead technical consulting and bid preparation for SVIP customers. You will design end-to-end solutions leveraging Tencent Cloud, AI, and related technologies, ensuring successful delivery and differentiation in a competitive landscape.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in cloud pre-sales, strong English, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; CS/IT/Telecom or related fields preferred.
5+ years in cloud computing pre-sales or solution-related work.
Familiar with mainstream public cloud platforms (Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience using AI technology to assist and drive projects; familiarity with at least one AI Agent application.
Extremely strong pressure resistance and resilience; tackle risks and challenges.
Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration ability; fluent English; Thai language preferred.
Willing to undertake cross-department collaboration with project success as the core goal.

Responsibilities

Serve as the customer's technical consulting expert. Lead Tencent Cloud pre-sales analysis, bidding document authoring, and customer solution communication.
Design technical solutions for Indonesia SVIP customers using Tencent Cloud products (public/private cloud, container, big data, AI) and oversee delivery.
Promote AI-native capabilities, run POCs/demos, accelerate migration, and monitor customer business quality.
Drive scaled business growth in key markets by collecting feedback and iterating cloud products and AI tools.
