Job summary
Tencent Cloud Indonesia is seeking an experienced Cloud Pre-Sales Consultant to serve as the technical consulting expert for SVIP customers. You will lead pre-sales analysis, bid document authoring, and customer solution communication across Indonesia, combining Tencent Cloud public and private cloud capabilities, AI, and related technologies.
You will design technical solutions, perform POCs, and promote AI-native capabilities to accelerate migration and delivery while driving scalable growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
- 5+ years in cloud computing pre-sales or solution work.
- Familiar with public cloud platforms and AI-enabled projects.
- Strong pressure resistance and project risk management.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, fluent English; Thai preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Tencent Cloud pre-sales analysis, bidding document authoring, and customer solution communication for Indonesia SVIP customers.
- Design technical solutions leveraging public cloud, containers, big data, AI, and other product capabilities; follow up on delivery.
- Promote AI-native solutions and use AI capabilities to develop POCs and demos, accelerating migration and delivery.
- Collect real customer feedback and drive iteration and optimization of cloud products and AI tools in key markets.
