Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia in Makassar, South Sulawesi, is seeking an experienced After Sales HVAC Technician to join our team. You will provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for VRF, chillers and commercial HVAC, supporting projects and customers to ensure satisfaction.

With 3+ years in HVAC presales or application engineering, you will assist with equipment selection, design proposals, and training for sales channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of HVAC presales/application engineering experience.
• Familiar with VRF, chiller and commercial HVAC systems."
• Consultant/contractor experience preferred; English good, Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support for HVAC projects in the assigned region, covering VRF, chillers and commercial HVAC.
• Support customer visits, technical discussions, equipment selection and solution design.
• Prepare technical proposals, tender documents and clarifications.
• Work with consultants, contractors, dealers and end users to drive project specifications and conversion.
• Provide product and technical training to sales teams and channel partners.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced After Sales HVAC Technician to join Midea Electronics Indonesia in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our HVAC products and services. As an After Sales HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services to our valued customers. This role is essential to our after-sales service operations and directly impacts customer retention and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

What we’re looking for
