Job summary

PT Genergy Global Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC projects from planning to completion across Indonesia. You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years in HVAC project management (central AC systems), strong estimation skills, and English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC project management experience.
• Experience with central AC systems (chiller, AHU, cooling tower, VRF).
• Proven estimation skills for cost plans and tender documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.

PT Genergy Global Indonesia – A subsidiary of a company headquartered in Xiamen, China, and the official license holder of Midea HVAC and Linvol Elevators & Escalators. Established in Jakarta since 2024, we have successfully handled various projects for major corporate groups across Indonesia.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our HVAC projects from planning to completion.

What You\'ll Do:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Estimation & Cost Control: Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. Ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.

Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage expectations, provide regular progress updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Procure materials, select and manage subcontractors, and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality workmanship.

Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, industry standards (ASHRAE, SNI), and safety regulations (K3). Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and risk assessments. Maintain organized project documentation.

Handover & After-Sales Support: Oversee project handover to clients and coordinate with the service team for warranty and maintenance support.

Who You Are:

Education: Bachelor\'s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically handling central AC systems (chiller, AHU, cooling tower, VRF, etc.)

Estimation Skills: Proven experience as an estimator – able to prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for HVAC projects

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, installation methods, and industry standards

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Language: Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin is a strong plus for coordinating with Chinese suppliers and management

Other: Willing to travel frequently to project sites across Indonesia
