Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia seeks a Data Center After-sales Engineer to join our technical support team in Tangerang. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and supporting data centre infrastructure, delivering comprehensive technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting for data centre equipment and systems.

You will coordinate with internal resources, develop preventive maintenance plans, and provide after-sales training to customers and partners to optimize performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering.
• 3+ years of HVAC or large-equipment service experience.
• Chiller/data center/critical infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel/respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

About the role

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our data centre infrastructure and customer satisfaction. As a Data Center After-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for data centre equipment and systems. This role is essential to ensuring optimal performance of our installations and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
