Job summary
Midea Electronics Indonesia seeks a Data Center After-sales Engineer to join our technical support team in Tangerang. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and supporting data centre infrastructure, delivering comprehensive technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting for data centre equipment and systems.
You will coordinate with internal resources, develop preventive maintenance plans, and provide after-sales training to customers and partners to optimize performance and reliability
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering.
- 3+ years of HVAC or large-equipment service experience.
- Chiller/data center/critical infrastructure experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel/respond to emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full after-sales service process for data center cooling equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, acceptance, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Respond quickly to onsite issues and coordinate internal resources for major technical problems.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and service/failure analysis reports.
- Provide after-sales technical training to customers and partners.
