Job summary

Zotech is seeking an Affiliate & KOL Lead to build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates and KOLs, driving sales growth through strategic partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. You will own end-to-end affiliate processes, from creator sourcing to performance evaluation, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to hit GMV targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Affiliate strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee to support brand awareness, traffic, and sales targets.
• Lead the end-to-end Affiliate process from creator research to performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, content creators, and Affiliators to foster long-term partnerships.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Affiliate Programs including recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Set campaign objectives, budgets, and creator criteria aligned with business needs.
• Create clear campaign briefs, guidelines, and content directions aligned with brand identity.
• Monitor and analyze Affiliate & KOL performance metrics like views, engagement, GMV, and ROI/ROAS.
• Identify high-performing creators and develop them into long-term strategic partners.
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize creator mix, commission structure, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and monitor the Affiliate & KOL team, including target setting and performance reviews.
• Prepare regular Affiliate & KOL reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

Key Responsibility

• Develop and execute Affiliate strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee to support brand awareness, traffic, and sales targets.
• Lead the end-to-end Affiliate process, from creator research and selection, outreach, negotiation, collaboration, to performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, content creators, and Affiliators to establish long‑term partnerships and drive repeat collaborations.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Affiliate Programs, including Affiliator recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Set campaign objectives, targets, budgets, and creator selection criteria based on business and campaign needs.
• Develop clear and engaging campaign briefs, guidelines, and content directions aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyze Affiliate & KOL performance, including views, engagement, GMV, conversion, ROI/ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
• Identify high‑performing creators and Affiliators and develop them into long‑term strategic partners.
• Evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize creator mix, commission structure, campaign approach, and budget allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and other relevant teams, to ensure campaign execution runs effectively.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the Affiliate & KOL team, including task allocation, target setting, progress monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare regular Affiliate & KOL reports, including performance analysis, campaign insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
• Active on social media and highly aware of content trends and viral products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Result‑oriented and comfortable working with GMV, conversion, and other performance targets.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in Affiliate, KOL, or E‑Commerce is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience managing TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate.
• Strong existing Affiliator & KOL network/database.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights.
