Job summary

Zotech is seeking a KOL & Affiliate Lead to build strong relationships with creators and affiliates, driving brand awareness and sales across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. You will oversee end-to-end programs, optimize partnerships, and coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams.

The role requires a strong background in influencer/affiliate marketing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of KOL, influencer, and affiliate marketing across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
• Experience managing KOL/affiliate programs and partnerships.
• Proven ability to drive GMV, traffic, and sales through performance campaigns.
• Active on social media with awareness of current trends and viral products.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL and Affiliate strategies across platforms to support brand awareness, traffic, and sales targets.
• Lead end-to-end KOL and Affiliate process from creator research to performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with creators and Affiliators to drive repeat collaborations.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Affiliate Programs including recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Set objectives, budgets, and criteria for creator selection per campaign needs.
• Prepare campaign briefs, guidelines, and content directions aligned with brand identity.
• Monitor KPIs such as views, engagement, GMV, conversion, ROI/ROAS, and more.
