Moell is seeking a marketing specialist focused on KOL and affiliate campaigns in Surabaya. You will develop strategies, identify partners, and manage campaigns end-to-end to meet brand and sales targets.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and social media insight to optimize engagement and ROI across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee Affiliate programs. Collaborative cross-team work is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in KOL/Influencer/affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends.
• Experience in campaign planning and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze KPI metrics like engagement, CTR, ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute KOL & Affiliate marketing strategies to support brand awareness and sales targets.

• Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Maintain and develop a database of KOLs, affiliates, campaign performance, and collaboration history.

Job Description

1. Develop and execute KOL & Affiliate marketing strategies to support brand awareness and sales targets.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
3. Have a strong understanding of KOL/Influencer and Affiliate Marketing and social media trends.
4. Experienced in handling campaign planning, negotiation, briefing, and performance monitoring.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Able to analyze campaign performance using metrics such as engagement, CTR, conversion, GMV, and ROI.
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
8. Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, TikTok Shop/Shopee Affiliate, and relevant analytics tools.
