Antarestar is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to identify and engage creators and affiliates across TikTok and other platforms. You will build strong relationships, manage end-to-end collaborations, and monitor performance to drive GMV improvements while coordinating with Marketing, Commercial, and Content teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, strong communication, negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Management, Creator Partnership, Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or related roles.
• Experience with Affiliate / Social Commerce is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially through chat and online communication.
• Comfortable approaching, negotiating, and following up with creators.

• Continuously learn and adapt to changes in social commerce, creator trends, and affiliate marketing.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Management, Creator Partnership, Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or related roles.
• Experience working with Affiliate / Social Commerce is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially through chat and online communication.
• Comfortable approaching, negotiating, and following up with creators.
• Target and result-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Ideally has a proven track record of generating GMV/GMT of around IDR 30–50M+ per month through affiliate/KOL activities.
• Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple creators/campaigns simultaneously.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, proactive, and hands-on.
• Good understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok, is a plus.
