About the role

As an Ads Account Executive at PT Lifty Media Indonesia, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing advertising accounts. This full-time role is based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya and will involve working closely with clients to deliver effective advertising solutions that help grow their businesses.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and lead generation
• Managing the entire client lifecycle, from initial contact to campaign execution and reporting
• Developing tailored advertising proposals and strategies to meet client objectives
• Negotiating advertising contracts and managing client relationships
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular updates to clients
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
• Collaborating with the creative and media teams to deliver high-quality advertising solutions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a new business development or account management role, preferably within the advertising or media industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch to and liaise with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with advertising platforms, performance tracking and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred
