Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Indonesia to manage vendor invoicing, three-way matching, and timely payment execution. You will maintain accurate payables records for reliable financial statements and coordinate with tax teams on VAT and withholding taxes.

The role requires 1–2 years in AP or related finance functions, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Accurate, SAP, or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, finance administration, or accounting.
• Knowledge of Indonesian taxation: VAT (PPN) and withholding tax (PPh 21/23/4(2)).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP systems (Accurate, SAP, Oracle).
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices against POs, delivery notes, and contracts (three-way matching).
• Enter invoices and payable transactions into the accounting system accurately and timely.
• Prepare payment schedules and payment vouchers for supervisor approval.
• Process vendor payments via bank transfer per schedule and authorization.
• Ensure correct tax treatment and coordinate with tax team on VAT and withholding taxes.
• Reconcile payables against vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• Prepare AP aging and periodic AP reports for month-end closing.
• File payment documents and support audits.
