Modinity Group is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist for our Jakarta office on a 6-month contract. You will review vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, schedule payments, and reconcile AP with vendor statements.

You will work with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred; SAP/Odoo/Accurate also considered) and maintain accurate financial records in our accounting software. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Indonesian taxes are required. The role is based in Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1) is required.
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of the full AP cycle, FA, accrual accounting, and PSAK basics.
• Proficient in Indonesian taxation: VAT (PPN), PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Coretax.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system; Oracle Fusion preferred; SAP/Odoo/Accurate also considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Brevet A/B certification is an advantage.
• Office located in Pulogadung, East Jakarta.
• Contract: 6-month contract.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and documentation.
• Schedule payments per terms and company policy.
• Reconcile accounts payable with vendor statements for timely payments.
• Record financial data related to invoices and payments in accounting systems.
• Monitor and manage expenses related to accounts payable.
• Assist with other AP tasks, such as reports or inquiries.
